PhoneHouse also serves customers in remote and rural areas, though delivery timelines may take a little longer depending on the location. No matter where you are, we strive to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Delivery Timelines

  • Nairobi & Major Cities: Same-day or next-day delivery

  • Other Towns: 1–3 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 5 business days

Delivery Charges

  • Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: Free delivery or a minimal fee (KSh 200–500 depending on location).
  • Other Towns: Affordable courier charges apply, calculated based on your delivery destination.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day, while orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed on the next business day. Our team works diligently to ensure your products are packaged, dispatched, and delivered on time.
